Enniskillen will host the International Conference to mark the 50th Anniversary of the Ulster Project from Wednesday 29th October to Saturday 1st November 2025.

This autumn, Enniskillen is set to welcome participants for the Ulster Project International Conference, a significant occasion as it celebrates 50 years of the Ulster Project's impactful work. Since its the first group of teenagers from Northern Ireland travelled to the United States in 1975, the Ulster Project has dedicated itself to fostering understanding, reconciliation, and peace among young people from diverse backgrounds in Northern Ireland and beyond.

This milestone conference will serve as a platform for sharing insights, experiences, and strategies that have emerged over five decades of promoting coexistence and dialogue. Attendees will engage in a series of workshops, keynote speeches, and panels featuring notable figures from the fields of peacebuilding, education, and community development.

With Enniskillen's rich history and scenic backdrop, participants can explore both the town’s heritage and the progress achieved through the Ulster Project. This event not only marks the past accomplishments but also looks forward to future collaborations aimed at ensuring a more peaceful and inclusive society. Join us for this momentous occasion as we celebrate the power of unity and the ongoing commitment to peace!

The main conference venue will be Saint Macartin's Cathedral Hall (Google Map Link) conveniently located in Enniskillen Town Centre.

Enniskillen is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Dublin, which is best served by various airlines on transatlantic routes.

Bus Éireann Expressway runs a regular service from outside the Airport Terminal Building direct to Enniskillen.
